New Developments for Roses Tea Rooms

We are on a roll!! there is so much going on for us at the moment our feet have not touched the ground! Literally. It has been a rollercoaster last few months after winning the Mersey partnership tourism awards category 'taste of Merseyside'. It meant we were automatically put forward to represent Merseydie in the Engalnd's NorthWest tourism awards 2008 which took place on October 22nd 2008. We were absolutely delighted to find we won 'taste of England's Northwest! This now means we are going forward to the Enjoy Engalnd national tourism awards next April to represent the entire NorthWest and we are going to do everything in our power to win it for all you wonderful people!

this brings me to the new developments for Roses Tea Rooms and this is what we have planned

*Shop expansion.
We have completed the expansion and knocked through into the shop next door to ours and thus increased our seating space. We now have a fully accessible toilet and baby changing facilities. This hasl enabled us to increase our child-friendly facilities even more but we'll keep these as a surprise for now...


* Branded tea blends. We are finally able to start creating our very own unique blends of tea with the help of Master tea blender and connoiseur Alex Probyn. A lot of hard work is going into these starting from ethical sourcing to ensuring they will be of the highest quality tea and most perfectly balanced blends. Our new blends will include black, white and green teas, flowering teas, herbal and fruit infusions and more... We will be able to not only serve these in our tea rooms but you will be able to purchase them on line or at our shop for your personal use or as a gift! In addition we will be able to supply high quality restaurants and hotels too!
