Roses Tea Rooms welcomes you ...

...to its Tea Shop in Heswall. Here you will find a comfortable relaxing atmosphere, top class service and of course an extensive food and beverage menu.

We would like to encourage you to take time over tea, to enjoy the flavours, to relax and let us see to your needs and make you feel like the prized and special customer that you are.

We are very much an ethical business caring about what we do and working with a conscience. We are driven by our passion for good food, and excellent service in a society where everything is constantly compromised - what we eat, what we drink, how we are served - for the sake of fast profits. Roses is not like that; it's the exact opposite in fact.  We are sure that this is one of the reasons that we were recently awarded the Tea Guild's Award of Excellence - we were delighted to receive this accreditation which really is "the Oscars of the Tea World" and we are grateful to all our team who worked SO hard to achieve this.

Sadly, we cannot allow canine companions into the Tea Rooms, but if you would like to sit outside with your dog then we do offer "Doggie Waitress Service".  A bowl of fresh water will be brought to your table for your furry friend to enjoy, plus a complimentary chew stick will be provided to keep them occupied while you have your meal.  It's all part of the special service and extra care we like to offer all our human (and canine!) customers!!
